NOA2, not able to get a hold of NVC(Split from Expedite I-129F for a K1 visa for my pregnant fiance)

hi all i am also very new, I'm Colombian and actualemtne am will process visa K1, September 11 the uscsis notifies me the approval of I-129F, and on September 17 notifies me that my case was sent to the NVC, I have been unable to communicate with them call and get a busy signal wrote them an e-mail nor answer me, I'm not really lost if you need to communicate with the NVC process to continue?
