Hi, hellog! I am planning on applying for driving license in California in 2 weeks as well because that is when I get my social security number. My I-94 expires on 28 November but I believe if you have a social security card you do not need to show the I-94. At the social security administration office they do not look at your I-94.

The only advice I can give you is to go with your passport and marriage certificate (certified copy) to the social security administration and get a social security number. Once you have that apply for driver's license. That's what I'll do at least! I'll keep you posted if it works or not!

Best of luck!
