I got this from USCIS for requesting expedite please help me understand this

The status of this service request is:

You or your representative contacted USCIS to notify us that you were requesting an expedited review of your case. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Upon receipt of your request for expeditious handling, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please scan and e-mail documents supporting your expedite request to tscsrmtdoc@uscis.dhs.gov.

NOTE: Please include the receipt number and ATTN: XM1267 in the subject line of your e-mail.

The information must be received within 2 days of the date of this notice. A decision in regards to expediting your request cannot be made until this documentation is received.

Here goes nothing at least I know they "touched" my file now even if they don't approve the expedite which needs to be approved am not lying ti them thanks for ure response

They arent saying you're lying, its standard procedure for them to ask for proof about your request for expedite. You only have 2 days so better send it to them asap

I don't know why I get so lost,nervous when it comes with government papers Lol I sent it I hope i get an approval thanks for writing

It means you need to send them Evidence as to why you wanted it expedited. Like a medical expedite would need a doctors note.

What kind of proof did you send to them? It might help others going through the same thing.

I sent a cnn broadcasting the floods and the mudslides that happened recently ,news article and a cover letter explaining my finances situation due to the circumstances I'll let you know if the approve the request :)
