Just my naive observation... You ask a lot of questions here. Maybe you could break it down to just one or 2 questions per post. Starting a new job shouldn't be a problem provided the income meets the income requirements. You may also consider include using the co-sponsor paperwork again. If you move after filing you will have to let the USCIS know. Or, you might use a relative's address where the mail could be sent. Anything could have an effect on your paperwork... Depending on when you arrived your SLEC medical paperwork might still be valid or you could include the properly filled out I-693. For my gal, the cover letter was basically the same as the I-129 cover letter, it was just for the AOS petition. Unless there are questions about your son's WIC status, I would not offer any information about it. Others may not share my thoughts...

Best of luck!

You fill out the I-864 with your current annual income information. Whatever job and income he has at the time of filling out the I-864 is what he would use. Provide most recent tax transcript, letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs. If his current income meets the requirement for your household size, which I am assuming is 3, him, you and your child, then you do not need a joint sponsor. If he does not meet the requirement, then you will need a joint sponsor to fill out their own I-864 and provide the same type of supporting documentation as the USC petitioner/sponsor, plus proof of being a USC or LPR. Read through the I-864 instructions.

See this post to know if you need to see a civil surgeon for an I-693 or not > http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/428381-i-693-report-of-medical-examination-and-vaccination-report/?p=6206232

None of the forms ask about whether or not your children receive WIC. The child is a USC, and if eligible can receive WIC benefits. That has no bearing on your AOS application.
