Hallo, i'd to know, we received on September 16.

When we filed the petition we also asked for expedite because my fiance enlisted -October 6.

What the chances that they will approve our request? and If so ..how long the process after expedite?

thank you.

Is he about to be deployed? If he is, and you sent his orders as proof, your chances are almost 100%.

You don't get expedited "just" for being in the military.

Being enlisted doesn't qualify him to be expedited. If he is still about to go through training, he is technically not in the military yet. He needs to have actual deployment orders to qualify for expedite.

Actually once he enters the military, meaning once he enters swears in he is in the military. Not once the trainingnis over. It is essy to be put out without prejudice in training but a persons entry date is when they swear in and depart for traning.

As far as expidite probably not. As stated above he is not about to deploy nore has he come down on orders for a transfer to location outside of the U.S. therefore there is no jistification for an expidite. Besides he is in training and cannot get leave accept for over the holidays so would not get to see much of him.
