When you go to Settings, you'll see the option that says Download a copy of your Facebook data.

It will take a few days and once it's ready, you'll receive an email. When you do, follow the instructions from it and that should be it :)

There is actually a really fantastic app that Vincent and I used for our application. The app is called "Message Saver" and the logo is a red chat bubble thing.

It looks kinda sketchy, but we used it and it was super straightforward and easy, plus it was free. The problem with the FB archive, is that it only saves 10000 messages or something.
