good day everyone. starting to process now for AOS and was admitted in US as fiancee visa. i arrived USA last august 14,2014. now, just this week when i saw that my entry stamp on passport was F-1 visa class. supposed to be, it would be k-1 visa class. made me worried that's why i retrieve my I-94 quickly after that just to make sure all the info there are correct. LUCKILY, all my info in I-94 is perfect,absolutely correct. now, my question is do i still have to go to the JFK New York Immigraton [nearest immigration in my location, but my point of entry was in LAX] and let them correct my entry stamp which is K-1 and not F-1. does my entry stamp on passport affect in filing AOS?

HELP ME. need some advices and to those who had same situation on me, share me what did you do about these. God bless.

Contact your nearest deferred inspection site and ask them about the incorrect entry stamp > http://www.cbp.gov/contact/deferred-inspection/overview-deferred-inspection

I had the same problem, they put me wrong entry date. I went back to CPB office at the airport and they fix it for me. Only my situation was the i-94 is wrong too. They fix it for me in 15 min.
