Hi All,

I know its too soon to be impatient in waiting for my NOA2 right now, cus its only been 69 days has passed when we sent our 1-129. I just would like to know if theres any July 2014 fliers who have been approved already. Also, I would like to ask you help on how to check the self reported times here in VJ for me to see as well like how many of us have been approved and also for other status.

Is it also okay to check on uscis for an update of my case or is it really too soon? Hoping for your advice guys. I just cant wait anymore to be with my fiance and our kid as well.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

got an rfe around august and approved sept.5

now my case was on the nvc..

Don't worry, You'll have yours any day now.. I know the feeling of waiting

Just try to check on the uscis site from time to time..

Anyway do you mean you plan on doing k2 for your kid now too?

09-29-2014 CEAC status to "READY"

10-17-2014 MEDDICAL

11-04-2014 INTERVIEW (approved)

11-14-2014 VISA

12-06-1024 POE JFK

AOS,EAD,AP

-02/28/2015 sent AOS,EAD,AP via USPS

-02/02/2015 Chicago,IL (delivered)

-03/10/2015 Receive text messages for receipt. (aos,ead,ap)

-03/16/2015 Receipt letter received from the mail. notice date was 03/10

-03/25/2015 rfe text

-03/20/2015 Received biometric letter from the mail

-04/02/2015 Biometric

-04/03/2015 rfe received from the mail

-04/10/2015 rfe mailed

-04/13/2015 rfe delivered

-04/05/2015 Rfe response review update on USCIS website said I will receive decision till June 14,2015

-05/19/2015 EAD "card was ordered to produce"

-05/19/2015 AP "case was approved"

-05/26/2015 "approval letter for AP and EAD received in the mail

I meant my fiance cant wait to also be with me and our kid. My kid is a Citizen by birth so we are also processing her CRBA and US passport. too many paperworks. Thank you hopefully I could get a response from the Asap. Thank you so much for your response. Need someone to talk to regarding this.

I am a July 2nd filer here. I am not trying to rain on your parade, just please keep in mind that many Philippines petitions are being expedited due to the typhoon from last year. Not all are however, so many people will submit and receive an answer within 30-90 days, others have waited the full 5 - 7 months. I just don't want you to get your hopes up and have them crushed when the 90 days or so passes.

It will end for all of us eventually. Thankfully TSC transferred a good portion of April and May to CSC so that's helped move things along a bit.

This is the immigration timelines from everyone: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline

You can filter this by Service Center and then NOA2 date, that's how I do it. You will see the most recently approved petitions at TSC.

As for your own timeline rough estimate of adjudication date, visit your own timeline: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=188612

Scroll to the bottom - in bold it will show your estimated date.

Wow congrats you're k1 is going really fast far :) no news for me yet June filer .. If you don't mind me asking what did they want in RFE ...( this is nerve wrecking ) ... Good luck on this journey :)
