Cbp banned my ex wife claiming that she used Medicaid and did not pay her bills after child birth...the truth is that she didn't know she was pregnant at the time of her interview at the embassy ...but paid all her bills when the gave birth to our daughter ..how do I fight this?

She will need proof that she has paid back the US government for the amount they are claim, not that she paid any overages the hospital billed you directly . Be sure to verify the rules in your specific state regarding this. Different states fund this different

She has all her receipts +some zero balance letters from the hospital....but in one of the documents I could see an amount of 12000 usd ..she said all the services provided to her was 6000+ and she paid according to how she got her bills on that same documents was circled by the cbp officer where they wrote a certain amount of 6000+as balance unpaid???this is confusing because the same hospital gave her a zero balance letter addressed to to whom it may concern ..is there a way I can check with Medicaid if there was a form she mistakenly filled or if any payment was made on her behalf ?

You may start questioning the hospitals billing department. See if they billed Medicaid , and if it was something for your wife or your child ( you child can get benefits as a USC ) It is probably easier than asking a government entity for accurate records.
