Last update on October 15th, nothing after that...So frustrating!

I emailed the embassy on Monday and they replied to me on Wednesday with a very generic reply, saying its a routine adminstrative process and it can take from several weeks to several months and that they will contact us once the visa has been issued. But on a good note, my case was updated today on October 24th, last update was on October 15th. So I'm hoping for something positive to happen soon!

you should email them every two months no matter what ,the page i got from vo clearly states that you should inquire every two months, i did on 12th october ,got no reply but got two updates one on 23 second on 24th,

My husband's interview was on september 5, they gave him 221g to submit some documents, he submitted those on september 8, the status updated after that on september 12 and then september 16. so when should i email them?

lol vo means visa officer( the one who interviews you) you should at least give them 60 days then email them ,i think its a standard ap and its never two long,

p.s i was given a white paper for administrative processing which states that one should contact them every two months.
