We have sent our I129f to Texas po box with usps priority mail 2 days with tracking and delivery confirmation

It was out for delivery yesterday 16 9 2014

at the end of the day the usps tracking say

September 16, 2014 , 9:17 pm

Delivery status not updated

do I need to start worry about it?

Hi,

I don't think you should worry at this time. You may want to give it another day or 2. I believe I also sent my application with 2 day priority and delivery confirmation and it took longer than 2 days, about 5 business days total. It may also depend on the time of delivery. If they attempted to deliver after hours they may have to try again today.

It just means the electronic system hasn't been updated yet. Worry after tomorrow. I've gotten 2 day shipping and had it delivered and the status wasn't updated until the next day.
