So here's the problem. I hope you guys can help me.

My fiancé has not made enough money on his last tax return. On the one from 2013 ( the latest one) he was short of 200 dollars.

But now that he has a fulltime job. He is over the required amount.

BUT that's not by a lot. I think he is lol 500 dollars over the minimum. But we cannot show that on the taxes. Because he's going to file the next one when I'm hopefully there. And that one will be enough.

Now is my question. We can get letters from work stating how much he makes and has a job there.

Send in pay slips and deposits and commission checks and all of that.

He also has another job he does 2 says a week. Next to his fulltime job. It's for the same company but a different place. That is a seasonal job. We can also get a letter stating that he works there.

Would that be enough? Or do they need to see that he made enough on his previous tax return?

Because he does make enough money to "support us"

I'm so worried ?

So its not a problem that he has 2 jobs and just makes enough?

No. Combine the incomes together and put the total on the I-134 for current income. Provide proof of income from both jobs.

Yes not a problem....you two may have your own real problems since the guidelines are quite low and I wonder how many folks could live on such low income.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

That's not a problem we have a nice house on the beach. I have savings. And he is in between jobs because he's stating his own company when I get there.

People survive on lower then that. You just adjust

Thank you all for the responses. ??? you guys made my day
