Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal
income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.

On I-864 13a income...do I put tax return number from line 7 or 37?

Please help!

For all forms other than the 1040EZ, it is the Total Income line and not the amount from your W-2 or AGI.

If you used the 1040, then it is Total Income, line 22. I believe on the 1040A that Total Income is line 15. If you used the 1040EZ, then it would be line 4, Adjusted Gross Income.
