Few questions:

Does the letter of intent need to be signed by both? Each signing their own version of the letter of course.

For the Beneficiary, do I need to write my address, or my petitioners?

Does the letter of intent by the beneficiary need to be sent with original signed ink or can I scan and send(with my signature) it to my petitioner?

Few questions:

Does the letter of intent need to be signed by both? Each signing their own version of the letter of course. We sent two separate letters, I'm not sure if you can write just one and sign together.

For the Beneficiary, do I need to write my address, or my petitioners? I'm not sure what you mean here.

Does the letter of intent by the beneficiary need to be sent with original signed ink or can I scan and send(with my signature) it to my petitioner? We sent the originals, but I'm not sure if a copy will do. I know I read another thread that was similar, but I forgot what they said about the ink.

Someone should give you some more concrete answers soon. This is just what we did, but it's very possible there are other ways to do things.

This does not constitute legal advice.

  • You need a separate letter intent of marry. Both from a petitioner and a beneficiary
  • You should put your address (beneficiary) on your own letter intent of marry.
  • You supposed to send the original one to the petitioner. Some people got RFE for sending scanned ones.

Good luck!
