hi vjs I want to send in a i130 for my step daughter by the end for this month can u tell me what I need to do the list of stuff to go in??????etc.... my wife and my son moving here by the end of the month

Check the instructions under number 8 (page 3) for stepparent/stepchild:

You'll need to include the following:

  • completed and signed I-130
  • proof of your citizenship (pick one from the list: birth certificate, naturalization certificate, unexpired US passport, etc.) - this is explained on page 2
  • copy of your stepdaughter's birth certificate
  • copy of your marriage certificate
  • copy of any divorce(s) if you or your wife was previously married
  • G-1145 (optional, but recommended)

Don't forget a check for the $420 processing fee.
