Hi Everyone

I'm new user here and glad to be part of this family

We just finished preparing our petition today and we enclosed:

I-129F

G-325A for both

I-1145

I-134

Birth certificate for my American fiancee

Passport copy and stamps of entry for my American fiancee

Passport copy and visa and I-94 for me (beneficiary)

itinerary and boarding passes

Pictures about 8-10 from 2013 and 2014

A translated receipt shows thet my American fiancee had medical treatment in the same city where I live in Norway

My benifit confirmation status shows that me is the beneficiary of her life and everything insurance.

Her divorce final judgement

Passport size for both

Are we okay or need more stuff? because they told us to keep the petition as simple as we can because the big things need to prove at the consulate

Thank you

I-134 doesn't go in packet. That is for the beneficiary to take to interview.

Did u complete a cover letter? There is a sample in example forms tab. It really helps u organize everything.

Best of luck!

Thank you Lionessdeon we prepared the cover letter also

 Aside from enclosing the payment for it, you're all set. Hope you didn't forget the "declaration of how you met in person". Didn't know if you had enough space to answer 34.a on the I-129F form.

Thank you we add the check of $340 and we enclosed the declaration! my fiacee already sent I-143 with only prove of her job and two last pay stubs! will that hurt if she sent I-134 along with I-129f?

No, it wont hurt. I did that too by mistake when I sent in mine. Just had the fiance (now hubby) send me a newly signed one before the interview

It will not hurt to include the I-134, but it does nothing to help. USCIS won't even look at it, and by the time the embassy receives your petition the I-134 will be too old. You will need to submit an updated I-134 when you have the interview.
