Signed DS-261 again!? Originally sent 18th July but I resigned it!?

I signed into the payment portal today just to check to see if our IV fee has been invoiced. I saw the DS-261 (which we filed out 18-July) said competed but I wanted to make sure it was fully sent in. I ended up clicking through it and signing it just to make sure it was finished, and it changed the date of signature to 6-September(today)!?

Does this mean it overwrites the 18-July date as our original date? Do you think they have a record of the original sending of it in?

I really hope I didn't mess anything up. :cry:

Dang yes you sure did reset your cloak 60 days. You will now have to call NVC Monday and get it set back to July 18th or you will be waiting another 60 days. WOW you were so close like a week away. Hope it doesn't delay you but you will have to call.

All is fine, whew! I called and they said they have already reviewed my ds-261 on september 3rd and the IV bill is likely to be invoiced this week! :D

Re-signing the DS-261 didn't appear for them, I'm guessing its because it's already reviewed, Yay! :thumbs:
