I was wondering if this part has to be filled out because I'm not sure if I have life insurance or not through my work. And I don't know what a cash surender is. I don't own a house yet. And no stocks.I already know what my savings account hold. And I can estimate what my personal property is worth. Any aid and clarification is much appreciated.

If your income meets the income requirement based on the poverty guidelines set, then don't worry about answering that portion.

If your income meets the 125% poverty guidelines requirement, don't worry about leaving the rest of the spaces blank. You may state your savings amount and your income amount and you'll be fine.

Looks good. I put all zeros in the ones that didn't apply to me but blank is fine too.

Poverty guidelines are here: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

Looks like you didn't put any dependants so you are well within the guidelines.

So is this fine? And as I asked in the post above, what is 125% poverty level?

You make enough for a household size of up to 5. http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

You do not need to list anything in the assets section, not even your savings, and then you won't to provide a bank statement to prove any assets you list. They are not required, so just leave them all blank, including the savings. Your qualifying income is all you need. Provide most recent tax transcript, letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs.

Yes, supply that employment 'letter' and some recent pay stubs. Your tax return along with that proof of your current income should be plenty to show your income is enough.

As for the letter of employment, My job does not supply them. We are told to have the person go to theworknumber.com and use my ssn and my employer's number to verify my employment. Will that be ok?

Yes carry a print out of that record along with your paystubs from the last 3-6 months and your latest year tax return.

Just send it to your fiance with all the supporting documents to be presented during the interview. Do not send anything to the embassy.

My fiancé ticked the "do not intend" box in the form I-134, is it right? Would it matter at all?

Most of us that followed the example on the website, we didn't encounter problems with not ticking either option (intend/do not intend).

However, you might have a problem because your fiance specifically ticked "do not intend". I found some threads saying that the consulate asked how the beneficiary intended to support herself while in USA since her fiance said he didn't intend to support her. If you have time, have your fiance send you a new one and follow the VJ example form for I-134.

Btw, here's the example thread is was talking about: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/342416-nearly-approved-problem-with-i134/
