We have 2 minor children under petition by my usc husband as stepchild we got approved and done everthing @ NVC stage one case already closed and the other one got left behind and everytime we called NVC they keep saying we need to complete the ds260 where in fact weve already done that in May and it says on the online application it was already completed I dont know what to do anymore these thing stressing me out so much I thought they will gonna be here just in time for the school year to start, any advise please.

If it was me I would call and demand to speak to a supervisor. I have spoken to operators there who are not even aware that we can pull up this information. Some are professional and educated in what they are doing and some don't seem to have a clue. Be persistant, I would not just accept what they are telling you. Especially if you have proof that what you are saying is true. Good luck.

Keep requesting to speak with a supervisor. I heard supervisor Octavio has been a lifesaver when it comes to sorting out things at NVC. If I were you, I'd call and tell the NVC rep that supervisor Octavio asked me to call back and ask of him. {My personal opinion}
