My wife is from Cebu, and it took us 10 months and 4 days, ""BUT"" she had the almost 3 month delay for the "sputum fiasco".,,.,when some weeks the doctors are told to call "suspicious" 30-50% of the x-rays, trigggering the 9 week culture observance. This was painful.,.,.,.as the week before I had her sent to a very good clinic, for a chest x-ray, and it was "totally" clear, so the "rumor" that floats around the Philippines about this "sputum fiasco".,..,.,there is something to it.

Being in CSC, I think if everything would go, perfect, he could be in the USA in 3-6 months.,.,.CSC, is way ahead of TSC, but TSC sent thousand of cases somewhere.,.,.,.I would guess CSC.,.,.,so there fast approvals may slow down.,,.,.,but things are better in TSC..,.,at least for a few months.,.,.,then TSC.,.,will be just like always..,.,.,.,dragging behind CSc.,.,

Anyway, good luck and a speedy approval.,.,.,and questions, just ask the experts here.,.,.,.,they know what they are talking about!

The longest wait generally is between the NOA 1 and the NOA 2. I am also waiting to get a Philippine National to the USA on a 129F. I sent in the 129F on May1, 2014 and the NOA 1 was granted on May 14, 2014. I check each business day but as of today August 28, 2014 I am still awaiting the NOA 2. This is through the California Service Center and it is now over 100 days. There appears, I have been unoffically told, no red flags, and that I must be patient. The young lady is an accredited Nursing Student at a Philippino University, never married and no children. We must wait 150 days before we can make an official inquiry as to why it is taking so long. The first two stages to the NOA 1 are automatic and all the other stages generally appear to all be faster than the wait between stage 2 and stage 3 [to obtain the NOA 2]. There are 7 stages to the visa and some couples through caprice started behind us and now are together in the USA. We all have to be patient and eventually our day will arrive. The wait does seem very long and frustrating but there is very little you can do at this junction, I hope your time will be easier. Good Luck.

Hello, My I-129F form was received by USCIS on August 4, 2014. My fiance live in the Philippines. I'm so nervous because I'm not really sure how long it will take before he can come here. Anyone from the Philippines that could give me an ideal time frame. My case was send to the California Center. Thank you.

Current processing timelines are posted on the USCIS website, they are usually between 5-6 months for the I-129F. Some get done faster. All you can do is be patient.

Once you get to the actual visa application in Manila things move faster.
