I requested to expedite both EAD and AP.

Answer came in 5 days. I had to call to find out. No email. No mail.

Response requested more information. I sent it by fax.

Now what should I do?

When am I going to receive an answer?

I need this by next week, otherwise I lose the job.

I called the USCIS #, they can provide any further information. They cannot even confirm if the fax with the information I sent was received.

I am getting sick of this!

Help me community!

Many thanks!

Edison

I would call your local congressman/lady. You will need a copy of the offer letter stating you need to be working by XX date or else you will lose the job opportunity. You can click on the following link to find your local rep: http://www.house.gov/representatives/find/

That is your best bet.

Good luck.

I requested my EAD to expedite as well on this 20 Aug. I haven't received anything yet. I have very good offer for 53K from an employee. Its already been 62 days for my EAD application. What kind of job offer you have and when did you send your application for AOS ??

I requested an expedite for my AP. Sent in all requested evidence on the Tuesday morning, received no communications from them until Saturday afternoon when I just received the usual text/email update to say that my AP and EAD had been approved.

I had the same response when calling them, btw, that they can't see/do anything after the evidence is submitted.

What reason did you have to request an expedite for AP? Did USCIS mail you something?

My cousin died, I requested an expedite to go back for his funeral. It was approved too late for me to go in the end, his funeral was the Tuesday just gone and I still haven't received EAD or AP even though they've both been approved.

Nothing in the mail.
