Okay but there is no video of what took place before the officer made the threat. Not sure that makes his statement okay but it definitely lowers the' OMG!' factor at least to me.

Not sure but I think it is possible to goad someone into looking bad and convenient to start filming then. Obviously the officer had the ability to carry out the threat but didn't. And I am deeply suspicious that the officer didn't just walk up and carry on like that out of the blue.

I would not go that far but assuming that this officer might have spent a night or two getting pelted with bottles of urine, I can understand why he could come off as intense to say the least.
