What do You think. Is this enough? We are living abroad together and we don`t have chats logs etc. We also don`t have leas agreement because we are living in my mothers condo.

More evidence of Bona Fide Relationship and Marriage:

1. Copies of ID`s showing common residence
2. Letter from bank showing joint account (translated to English)
3. Copies of boarding passes from visiting my US relatives and friends together
4. Copies of stamps in passport showing that we were visit my US relatives together
5. Copy of mail showing flight and hotel confirmation for Las Vegas trip showing both our names
6. Selection of pictures that document relationship and marriage
7. Wedding invitation card

for #2...do we have to enclose copy of original document? Or is it ok just translated one?

I would also enclose the original.

Well a photocopy of the original.

Remember at the I-130 stage only things with signatures need to be original. Everything else is a photocopy.

One more question... Can my wife, petitioner use my last name on I-130 an G325a? In her US passport is still an old name?
