MMR is a series of 2 shots, and she should definitely get the second one either there or here. She shouldn't have a problem at the POE though if she travels here before that month is over.

There's a chance that she could be pregnant so I don't want to take the risk with her taking the 2nd dose of the MMR vaccine.

Your wife can have the second shots in US for MMR. My wife got her first shot in December and she left Việt Nam! in March without any problem( they told her to come back to have second shots). She just got her second shot MMR in US.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

If she already received the first in the series the second one should be no issue even if your wife is pregnant. One of the first things an OBGYN does is update all the women's vaccinations which was the case with my wife's pregnancy. Entering the US won't matter if a series is not complete. Just go see a doctor when she gets into the US and see what they say.

She can have MMR in US, but my understanding is that second shot is not required, but recommended.

While my reply in no way aaples to immigration policy if your certain your spouse is PG the MMR is contradicted as it poses a risk to the fetus. You ca google the CDC site and verify this. It is a shame she did not have a prepregnacy workup as they would have insured she was vacinated correctly against the German measles. thta said the CDC also has excellent guidlines as to just what shots she should be taking while PG and which ones she should not. Good luck on all counts
