30 business days or 60 days? It takes forever!

We finished ds-260 online already and as far as i remember, it takes 30 business days to wait for an email from NVC regarding schedule of appointment. However, when i sent email to update them and get the ds-260 added to our file, NVC replied stating that they received the file last july 15 and it will take them at least 60 days now. Im confused! Please help me. Im almost running out of patience. Its taking forever.

They say 30 days but it could be a few days. I got the email the next day saying I can schedule.

Nvc is backlog right now, everybody receive the email that it will take 60days for them to review the docs they receive. The good news is I saw in the NVC forum that they already reviewing the papers they receive from July 7 and 8 so have a more patience dear

Thanks deary... I really hope i could get the interview date shortly coz its been a month now since weve sent ds260 online so i really hope there shouldnt be any problem that could cause the delay of the processing of our file aside from the very slow response coming from NVC.
