Visiting Dual Passport Question

My Fiance has two passports one for Bolivia and another for Taiwan.

She is going to use the Bolivian password to enter under the K1 visa, because she will be coming with her daughter who only has a Bolivian Passport, I thought it would better for them to enter using passports from the same country.

My question do you think it is okay for her to visit using the Taiwan passport?, because with the Taiwan passport she doesn't need a visa to enter the U.S.

or

Should she just apply for a tourist visa using the Bolivian passport.

She is only going to come to visit and we are following the proper steps to file the K1 legitimately.

Regardless of which passport she uses, CBP is going to know she has a K1 petition pending. If she wants to use the Taiwanese passport so she doesn't need a visa, she can, but she needs to tell the officer at POE that she has a K1 pending and they might not admit her if she can't convince them she'll leave after her "tourist" visit.
