Requested forms supplied, they accepted delivery on July 25th. They touched my case on the 25th, the 28th, the 6th, and last night/today, the 12th.

Anyone else recently submitted your requested 221g forms? (This thread could be like a support group).

im jeff from Manila IR1 visa category, i also recieved 221g letter from my email and have to submit cenomar and proof of relationship after my interview last october 02, 2015. I sent already the additional documents to 2go courier and they recieved october 13, 2015 when track it to 2go courier.

Same with you, they touched also my case last october 16, 2015. But until now i'm still waiting a call and email from them. I checked to their website the status of my visa but still on Administrative Processing.. How long does it take to wait mine... hope you can share what happened your visa before.. God Bless!!

Not yet, they touch my case status oct. 2 the day of my interview, oct 16 & 20. But now my case status still AP.

My wife had her appointment in February. They kept her passport but she was asked to submit a new NBI with an AKA. They received that in March. It's now almost November and she's still in AP. Last updated in the summer.

Just wanted to share so those wondering will have more data points.

By the way, my wife never submitted a CENOMAR. I didn't see that it was requested in any of the documentation. No one has ever mentioned that she needed it and the 221G only asked for an updated NBI.

Can anyone point out in any official documentation where the CENOMAR would be required? I first filed for her petition in March 2014, if that matters.

She's classified as a CR1.

If it were me I would bring out the big guns and contact my congressional representatives. Call your congress person or senator tomorrow and get the ball rolling. You waited 6 months, I think that is long enough for someone to move on your file.

I've been hesitating to do that. I spoke to someone at the embassy a few days ago. He told me he would escalate my case. Yesterday I received an email saying that "my email" was received and my issue will be escalated to "post."

I'm assuming he sent something on my behalf for them to say they received "my email."

Should I wait a few days and let that "escalation" run its course or should I contact my congressman tomorrow?

Having heard this additional "news" I would let it play out another week or two. Then make your decision.
