Do you know aproximately when i'll get the EAD according to my timeline.

Also, if you go to your timeline and scroll down to the EAD information, there will be a box that says the following: "Based on timeline data, your EAD may be adjudicated between October 22, 2014 andOctober 27, 2014*."

I just got an email that says this

"On September 16, 2014, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION as undeliverable. This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

I really don't know why that happened. Is it supposed to be signed? I guess it is the interview appt. letter...

All the previews letter were delivered but this one. Is it "may have serious effects on processing this case" serious?

Or it would just delay my case? Uh so frustrating...

This does not make sense if everything else was delivered successfully at the address you provided. Maybe the email was sent to you by mistake, I've read on VJ that it happens sometimes. I don't want to speculate though, so let us know what they say after you have called them.

Oh, and it cannot be the interview appointment letter. The email says it is regarding your I-765 (EAD) which has nothing to do with your interview for AOS.

yeah that's why im confused too. And i've been trying to call them for about two hours and the system keeps telling me to call back at 8am. Right now is 9:40am...

I dont know what to do. Maybe ill wait one day and try again.

I did not think that the time zones play a role in their operating hours (on their website it says they are open 8 am - 6 pm in all time zones), but maybe try again in an hour's time? I would keep trying if I were you, it has to work at some point :)

i just talked to a lady. She said that i have to wait 15-30 days and they'll call me regarding this problem. Agh....

I'm sorry to hear you have a RFE! And I know what you mean about the weekend as I am STILL waiting for my NOA's.

Just got an alert that an RFE is in the mail for me. :ranting:

It's on the I-485 application case status so I hope it's just a silly document missing, although I tripled checked that thing..

Something tells me it could be an I-864A from my sponsor's ex-wife. I didn't send that because i didn't wanna send anything else they didn't ask for, but I saw here that sometimes they ask for stuff that is not request in any site/instructions. Like the birth certificates from the sponsors. But like I said I didn't wanna send anything they DIDN'T ask for.

I guess I'll have to wait for this letter... and being the weekend.. the wait is gonna be even longer :crying:

Would they tell me what it is if I called them?

Hope you guys get something in the mail today. Let us know!

Just walk in. Bring your appointment letter and if they ask why tell them you just want to get it over with, or give them a reason. Normally they don't ask too much.

Worst case would be you get denied and have to wait for your appointment - but it depends on the location how they handle it.

Naturalization (Eligeble for Naturalization 07/16/2017) - Package send out late, not sure I was going to send it out before or after ROC approval.
[07/29/2017]: Day 00 - Full package sent to Phoenix, AZ lockbox using Fedex 3 day.
[08/02/2017]: Day 04 - Package arrived, signed by E.Dejesus.
[08/02/2017]: Day 04 - NOA
[08/07/2017]: Day 09 - Check cashed
