visa bulletin

The visa bulletin rank cut-offs for September 2014 are as follows (see here):

Africa: 81,100

Asia: 13,350

Europe: 40,150

Oceania: 1,450

South America and Caribbean: 1,750

If we sum those up, we get 137, 800 which surpasses the 125k that were selected for dv-2015; does that mean that another lottery selection has been performed?

I'm actually aware that the visa bulletin for September 2014 is about dv-2014, which makes me wonder if there have been any visa bulletins for dv-2015?

Clarifications will be well appreciated!

The 2015 one isnt out yet..Im checking daily waiting for it..lol

For 2014 the total amount of winners was 140K and for 2015 the total amount is 125K.

2014 was the worst case scenario and it's problematic to make any conclusions for 2015 especially that 2015 is just about to start.

hey, does anybody know when the nexy visa bulletin (october) comes out? werent these suppose to come out 8th of every month? impatiently waiting

They officially are out by the 15th of the month but are usually out sometime between 8-10th.

Last month the visa bulletin came out in 13. I think they are waiting until iPhone 6 release

yes it's out , but the weird thing is I can see you from my Android tablet but not from my PC using Firefox on both.

whoa! it says 2950 for asia so mine is 33xx. should i expect anything next time around maybe? i have to update my ds 260 form with regards to my new passport number and new current location but i dont hear anything from the kcc guys. they just told me it would be unlocked for update in the same order the forms have been processed. what shall i do? im worried that my interview date will be pushed back

When you say new location - will that change where you have your interview? If not I wouldn't bother with unlocking and updating the DS form. If it is, send them an email (with name, d.o.b. and case #) and try ensure they know you need to change interview location. Hard to know exactly but It looks like either Dec or Jan for your interview. You may want to double check all your paper work is in order and start on the police certificate if you don't have that yet.
