Ceac status stuck on Ready post interview..

So, I am starting to worry and get impatient. Our interview was 7/16. Interview went really well, Fiance was told to collect passport in 7 to 10 days. After interview, our status changed 07/18 from Ready Immigrant to Ready Non Immigrant which I think is a good sign. Then, Offcourse the system crashes the following monday and since then we have not heard anything yet. No status updates or changes. The embassy was closed for a week after interview for Eid Holidays. So technically we are 11 business days post interview excluding the weekends and holidays.

I have emailed the embassy a few times and no response from them. I spoke to some one in NVC this week for an update and she said that from what she can tell its in the department waiting to be printed. I should give them another week.

So my question is Do people in NVC have the ability to see where in the process we actually are such as if we are under security checks or like she said waiting to be printed. Any one here got put into AP and in the CEAC it showed Ready.

I guess I am just freaking out and just need some reassurance or possibilities. I was really hoping to have him here by end of next week but now it doesn't seem like its a possibility anymore.

2016-07-21- AOS denied- we missed our interview in October 2015 because we didn't receive the interview letter and we were not notified via numerous service requests and senator inquiry placed after our missed interview appointment.

2016-08-17- I290B- Motion to reconsider filed by the lawyer.

2016-12-08- Motion to reconsider denied

Now starting the whole process again and refilling I-485.

Dont worry your visa will be issued soon, I am sure that the delay is for the data base crashe.

They are working below their capacity, so you will get your visa soon.
