joint-sponsor form for K1 Visa

Ok team, so I need a joint sponsor for my K1 app. My fiance's sister and brother in law is willing to do the joint sponsor. What form do I need to fill out for the affifadavit of support for joint sponsor?

from what i hear they dont allow joint sponsor for k1. you are more likely to be denied with joint sponsor, thats what the guy in laos thats helping people (and helped my husband) do k1 visa said. its not like how it use to be
