Hello fellow VJer's.

Does anybody know if your Fiance/Fiancee is supposed to get anything from the Immigration Officer upon POE? My fiancee just arrived last Friday and the immigration officer just asked her a few questions and took the Embassy packet and CD. That was it. Just want to make sure before we begin the AOS. Thanks everybody.

The POE CBP won't be giving out anything. The I-94 [admission record] is now retrieved electronically through here: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html

- So no need for any paper I-94s or arrival card.

Anytime! I did print out 3 I-94s for my AOS packet, one for each application (AOS, EAD and AP). :thumbs:

Nope nothing at POE anymore, the I-94 is online now. Info in my link

You should be sure you have the 3025 and go to the website that others have quoted and get the I-94, as she will need for SSN and also some states require it for getting her driving permit.
