My relatives came from Germany after the war....Spent some time under Russian control. They were good at rehabilitation ...... So good no one ever returned home..... Siberia... So nice in the winter... No one ever leaves the Gulags .... Alive. very few any ways.

I came from the formerly Russian controlled part of Germany. Same as Russia, East Germany did not do rehabilitation. They both did what the US is still doing: making sure that nobody that ever ran afoul of the law would have a chance to pay a price and then lead a productive life. Now think about where that concept ended. .... Yeah, precisely.

Even worse, they run away from their home country, then proceed to tell everyone how screwed up the U.S. is.

Seems if they really had any real sense of decency or self-respect, they would have fought for their rights in their home country.. evidently it is easier, and safer, to come to America and use the internet to back stab your host country. Because this is American freedom, and unfortunately too many people take it for granted.

Two observations:

1) You know nothing about me.

2) You dont know much about your own country if your understanding of the first amendment only extends so as far as the suggestion that its somehow illegitimate or unwelcome for anyone who isn't a US citizen to say anything critical of the US.

Again, who really sounds like a communist in this situation?

I know my country well.... as I previously said... people come here and take AMERICAN FREEDOMS for granted...

Just because some people come here, do their time and take a test to become a USC, does not make them an AMERICAN... they most likely have dual citizenship which shows they have no loyalty anywhere.. they can come and go on various passports.. they do not support either their home country or their adopted country..(this does not apply to all immigrants)
