Hi I received a text today l thought after 10 months it was an approval, but only to find that it was a notification that I was still in initial review, I went on to website to see if that had changed it hadn't but I did notice one thing different, I copy pasted the sentence as I want to see if this has happened to anyone else. This is how it reads now but before it had the received date and the transfer date but now that has been removed and obviously kicked out the e mail. I have been staring at this for 10 months so I know what it used to say. Has this happened to anyone else and if someone can look at there's to see if this is how it is or do you have the dates.

The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

From my experience with transfers...a notification tells you where it is going. Then another (like you posted) is from the new place basically saying "we got it and it's processing now". It is a generic message so rather than saying where it is processing, it merely says "at a USCIS office".

That makes me wonder where the heck it has been all theses months. Lost? Did somebody just find it behind a desk and are only now saying we got the transferred file? Geez!

I am thinking you sent your K1 forms to wrong location and it took someone that long to figure out what to do with your packet. More than likely your forms are being sent to Texas Service Center. So sorry to hear this news......didnt you start to wonder why you did not receive an NOA1 after a month? Even Texas doesnt take 10 months for an NOA1-NOA2.....I truly hope they put a rush on your file given someone there obviously sat on the packet for awhile!
