No yhan2x the filipino consul asked for husband's 2013 ITR and thats it while the american consul just asked for pictures... But bring those docs still it really depends on the consul so youll never know better be ready right ;)

I hope we all have good news to report.

One of my friends had a terrible interview (April, 2013), the CO did not want to listen to what her husband had to say and just kept saying the marriage was a fraud. His wife went through so much, (money, time and anguish), to get it rectified. Her husabnd was recently admitted to the US. But they lost so much time together and I dont think she ever received any refunds or even a, "we are sorry for our mistake".

So, I am soooo nervous about the outcome. It all depends on the CO. Just have to wait and see.

Oh noo you still have time i think go get one.. My friend whos interview was yesterday as well was asked for cemar.. It may or may not ask but its better for you to be ready unless you want a few weeks delay

Sent application to Lewisville, TX on 07/03/2017. Case received and check cashed on 07/11/2017. Biometrics: 08/03/2017. In Line for Interview: 09/05/2017. Interview scheduled: 09/18/17 (notice received 09/21/17). Interview date: 10/23/2017. Oath date: 11/02/2017. Passport received: 11/20/2017.

 

REMOVING OF CONDITIONS (I-751):

Vermont Service Center received package on Aug 18th 2016.

NOA 1 date: Aug 19th 2016 (received letter on Aug 24)

Biometrics date: Sept 23rd 2016

Approval Notice: Jul 24th 2017

Green Card Received: Aug 4th 2017
