Okay yes he did it but I found this RFE kinda late because my time frame was 24th december now I don t know. ..but if you said it s a good news ...that's great!

Your husband got a mail right, so almost in four months ten days they have responded for you application. As far as I hv seen RFEs usually comes in the end of the processing time, but dont worry, now you dont need to wait again in the queue, maximum in a month you will get approval. Keep praying.. Good news is not too far..

Well consider yourselves fortunate. My PD is Jan 17th 2014, with freakin VSC and I'm still waiting for NOA 2. At least your cases are being touched and approved. I don't understand the disparity between the service centers. But congrats to all I guess.

Its not disparity between the service centers, its purely depends on the work load of the service centers. Currently VSC takes around a year for the processing. If you check a year back CSC also pretty much same as VSC, now CSC is speeding up. Similarly VSC also will get speed up..

And dont worry.. soon you will get approval.. now its time for your approval. Keep waiting..

We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. You should receive a decision or case update by February 27, 2015, unless fingerprinting or an interview are needed. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Thanks NKkystel I hope but at least they working on it and hope NVC don t ask again anypapers that we sent to USCIS .... But you what s going on since you got approved did your case got transfer to NVC? Just wondering how long it take between approval and next stage NVC?

Yeah Lera, my hubby called NVC 3wks ago and the rep said our case was received on the 10th of December.

A biiiiig Congrats. Really happy for you. I think now u need to wait for the case to reach NVC and then case number and IIN. After that the date to be current or your husband's citizenship. Hope things get faster. All the best.
