Ok i hope Christmas time ll not slow down for exemple it ll be 5 months on the 24th december (NOA2) iam wondering if They ll be on time so far California service worked on time

Can people post what service centers they have? My PD is Jan 17 2014 and service center is Vermont. I have been waiting almost a year with not a peep. Tried calling and everything. People who were assigned other service centers are quite fortunate to still have the 5 month processing window. It's frustrating how they allocate cases to different centers. I don't understand why Vermont is so slow or why it can't be processed. Has there been any F2A i 130 Vermont Service Center cases approved that had a priority date in 2014?

Hey guys...My i130 has been approved on the 11th Dec..My PD is 28th July 2014..California Service Centre...

My PD is August 19, tomorrow it marks fourth month.. fingers crossed.. hope this holiday season will not delay..

No guys the only good nend is that iam going to visit my Hubby 4 days in April ...but nothing about my case we ll call after chrismast...now there's no rush

Hello folks some news my husband received an email he have to send a proof that our kids are his, he have until March to send he ll send birth certificate tomorrow.. my status case did not change yet ....If any comment to know what s up I take. Thanks

So u got an RFE.. it means they hv touched ur application and responded with in five months.. its a good news.. Soon u ll get approval.. as earliest as they get the birth certificates of your kids.. all the best.

Do send all the required documents.. so u won't get any more RFE..

Well consider yourselves fortunate. My PD is Jan 17th 2014, with freakin VSC and I'm still waiting for NOA 2. At least your cases are being touched and approved. I don't understand the disparity between the service centers. But congrats to all I guess.
