For the interview, its always the originals...did they tell you to submit the british pcc now or just bring all of it for interview...

Thanks for your message once again, yes nvc said i should submit the pcc to them and take the W2 2014 tax to the interview, right now am thinking do they have an original w2 2014? or just a print out from the website, confused. if for that means i have to go with all originals or tax returns from my joint spon?

You need to submit copy of the w2 and a copy of the tax return for both of you and ur cosponsor and have both orignals on the interview

my question is does W2 2014 has original? because thats what is important now current W2 FOR 2014 is what they said i have to take to interview and my pcc(police clearance certificate should be submitted to them, can i just submit both to them just incase?

As written in the NVC site...always the photocopies are sent to them and the originals are taken for the interview...

A copy of the applicant pcc + a copy of w2 and a copy of the tax return and at the interview bring all the originals documents that.u.submitted to the nvc

I think there is a confusion.

You need to send copies of your documents to NVC and the originals for interview.

But there is nothing called original W2 or tax transcript available to my knowledge. Its always when you request they will send you a printout, which will not have any seal or sign on it. So with respect to tax documents, copy or original.. both are same.

Thank you so very much, this is what i want to hear, but my joint spou filled jointly with his wife and the nvc still requesting a W2 2014 tax, but we have given this to them before, dont know why they are asking about it again, and the pcc should be submitted to them and W2 2014 taken to the interview, so confuse here .

I received email from nvc that they received my documents 24aug15 .. that's very fast I mailed them last Thursday. . My scan date is 24aug15 let's see after 30days . I will definitely update after 30days guys .

Hello Nkkystel please see below what i received from nvc,

Just received a letter from nvc stating my joint spo should submit a W2,but the w2 should be taken to the interview and i need to send them my british police certificate, really dont understand this but i will be submitting the uk police report soon to the nvc, anyone knows how long this will take again to get a case complete or an interview??? thanks guys.

So sorry, for the late reply. You get a CC 30 days from your scan date and interview once your PD becomes current.

I answered 'no'. But try to wait for other vjmembers who are done with this journey. At least it is for sure that u will get the right answer. You might get explanation from them
