A transcript is not available for the year you have requested. ''This is what is says as we speak''..

Do you have your 2013 1040 + w2?

Hello, is it okay if i will not bring my petitioner's w2 and 1049 during the interview. I will bring the bank statement instead and also his pay stubs, because he dont want to send any papers with vital infirmation. Hes afraid of theft identity. Please help

You can just use the return itself, you don't need the transcript. If you use the return make sure it has all attached schedules, w2s, 1099s, etc that relate to it. You don't include your state return. Make sure you sign and date the return as well.

Also it doesn't have to be your original return, keep that for your records. What you would submit is a simple photocopy of the entire return and schedules, w2, 1099s, etc. Sign and date the photocopied return.

This does not constitute legal advice.

You're welcome! Remember to include proof of your current income in the form of a letter from your employer or the most recent paystubs.

No, that's not okay. As per the supporting evidence requirements for Affidavit of support I-134, your petitioner MUST provide either 2013 tax transcript, or 1040 + w2. On the day of your interview you will not be approved until you provide these.

You do not need originals mailed for these, they can be scanned and emailed to you then printed out as photocopies.
