he's DOING DV lottery so that mean she or he don't need that now till he got here, and the DV lottery is easy without any stress or waiting time, they decide whats right for them.... thx for advice

Thank u Aswanco, you understand us My income is more than sufficient, and we would love to married already, but for different reasons, we are not getting married just yet, but will be married as soon as possible Insha'Allah. You are very right about DV lottery being easier than K-1 or CR-1, no stress of CO denying you for not believing you have bona fide relationship (yes, we have one), and I've (successfully) been through CR-1 before and that stress is very different from a DV lottery.

Anyway, I know this doesn't make sense to a lot of people, but it's the best choice for us right now.

Gulkan was confused as he did not realise you are already in the US. It would therefore make no sense if your fiancé got the DV visa and left you behind, that is why he asked why not marry, do you understand now? Everyone here is perfectly aware that DV is far easier than any other visa. Also better for your fiancé of course as he is then not dependent on you at all for marriage, removal of conditions etc to get his permanent green card.
