Denied? K1 visa- Kuwait

I got interviewed last month and the co give me 221g white slip because of "DOMICILLE"..10 days ago I already dropping off the additional documents to USEmbassy Kuwait but until now my status still AP. My question is do you think I'm DENIED because the co didnt keep my passport during my interview? They didnt ask my passport too when I give to them the additonal documents. We are planning to move in US on September. Any ideas? Please help...

AP is not denied. If denied you will get refused in placed of AP. So no worries. AP takes time. That's how the way it is. I can understand your pain because i had to go through 221 g as well.

Wait till you receive additional information or your case creation date changes in CEAC site.

There's no way to know. If they are unsure of your domicile, they can still deny you.

^{You are not denied...as stated before they will tell you specifically and use the word denied or denial in the communication. You're in AP...as many of us are...and waiting, waiting, waiting...In Delhi there is a 60 day AP time limit for them to tell us something and for us to contact them. You may want to see if there is such a policy in Kuwait. Good Luck!}
