I was sent an RFE. They wanted proof that we have met in the past 2 years. so I put together a cover letter, showed photos of us in South Florida. My finance was on a J1 visa when we met. so I sent copies of our address in Florida (my voter registration card, utilities, apartment lease and same for him.

I also made two trips to Australia. So I sent photos of receipts from the tickets, passport stamps, photos, Hotel welcome letter and a few other things.

for the second trip my daughter joined me, and I included all the same info.. EXCEPT I sent the copy of the passport stamp from the first trip ...and not the second trip. My daughters passport copy was correct. Since she only had 1 (Shes 4 years old)

Will this cause a denial? Should I just next day ship the passport copy?

Do you think they will feel its an honest mistake? Surely a 4 year old didnt travel to Australia alone.

What should I do?

I really don't want to get denied :-(

Is this what you sent in response to the RFE? It should fly.

Many people do not understand that photos alone will not do it. I can put myself on the moon with Photoshop, but that does not mean I was there. Plane tickets, hotel receipts, receipts for meals and other things you bought there, passport stamps, that is what they really want to see (in addition to the photos).

I think all proof you sent are enough and sufficient that both of you have met in person within 2 years. Don't worry about the second trip as long as the first trip shows you fulfill requirement of I-129F. You'll be fine and keep us posted.

Congrats! :dancing: .

For note: I believe your case has not transferred from TSC to CSC. Some people confused between TSC and Dallas Lockbox. If you have SRC for your receipt number it means you have never been transferred. And if it is true please change your timeline since it could screw Igor's List data since many people rely on it. Thank you!
