Anyone here who has student fiancé? My fiancé is a student and he only has a part time job.. So you think we still need a co sponsor though he has money in the bank that could really support our relationship. Thank you ..

The embassy will not look at the money in the bank. You can read about 5X the shortage for assets but the reality is the embassy doesn't give much consideration to assets.

Best you can do is try a co-sponsor.

The income for 2 (two) at the required 125% threshold should be $19,663.

Income needs to meet the 125% of the Poverty Guidelines which for two is $19,662. If his gross income (wage and interest) does not meet that amount then you will need a co-sponsor.

As I mentioned before a co-sponsor with the K-1 is difficult as the embassy are not required to accept the co-sponsor. For any chance of having the co-sponsor accepted they will need to be an immediate relative. I also suggest you provide a letter and documentation showing you are a full time student, plus along with the I-134 I would include the I-864 completed by both the petitioner and co-sponsor. Even then... no guarantees.
