When completing I-130 for a sibling, what additional paperwork is needed for their kids or are they automatically petitioned with the sibling on the one I-130?

How old are they, most unlikely children would qualify under a F4 anyway

So they would be 30 something, would need a really odd situation under CSPA to qualify.

To benefit the children have to be under 21 at the time the visa number becomes available.

It is a guess but on current dates they will be more likely to be 30 plus.

You can deduct the time taken to process the petition, but USCIS would need to sit on it for a very long time for that to come into play.

You are saying it would take over 20 years to petition them? Because the kids are all under 8 years old.

To petition whichever parent is the sibling.

Any children come as derivatives.

But they will most likely have aged out, they will be adults.

Yes, sibling petitions for PI are taking 23 years currently.
