WHAT?! :rofl: how on earth is this needed for safe driving?!

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Mainly to make sure the driver will look to the rear rather than use the mirror i think..

The poster didn't imply that at all, you would think it would be easier to just say "Practice checking all blind spots by moving your head as well as checking your mirrors when reversing the car"

But the examiner actually do ask to back up at slow speed for x amount of ft during the test. (50ft in florida)

Well I failed the test yesterday. Only been driving for 30 odd years but I still forgot the rule that was drilled into me when I was preparing for my test in 1982.

When looking in the mirror make sure the tester actually sees you looking in the mirror by actually moving your head. I failed to do this twice which was an automatic fail when changing lanes. Think I was bit robbed myself but hey ho - probably because I was obsessed with stopping 100% at stop signs. Tester told me that is the number one reason expats fail.
