Hi,

You will need to file an I-864.

SInce you do not meet the 125% poverty line, you will need a Joint Sponsor.

Google "I-864p 2014" and look at the 125% poverty line for a family of three. You need to make around $23,000 a year to be able to sponsor on your own without a JS.

There is no waiver for the I-864 for your husband.

You need to meet the I-864 obligations or have a Joint Sponsor who does.

There is no way around this requirement.

Does not need to be family to do joint sponsorship. Anyone can help you here, fiend, boss, guy you meet on the street, any citizen or lpr.

No need to give up hope, start tilting to your friends. :)
