CR-1 how to write I-130

I have a question about. I-130. Question is as follows.

#22. Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status.

I didn't understand how to answer.

my husband is US citizen. he is in US.

I am Japanese. Im in Japan.

i will get interview for immigrant visa when I finish all of the paperwork. Interview will be Tokyo American Embassy.

The I-130 is filled out from the point of view of the USC, so the "relative" mentioned is you.

Make sure you are filling it out from the right view point. The I-130 is a form for the USC to fill out.

so US citizen will fill out. but tell me how to fill out for our situation.

Leave the left side blank and fill out the right two blanks with the location of the Embassy where you will have your interview. That is what i did for my husband. He is not in the U.S. either and is not eligible for readjustment of status so the left was blank. On the right i put Managua, Nicaragua because that is where he will have his interview.

As stated above, on the right side of the question should have where the beneficiary shall be interviewing at.
