Same name, yes. But what about the other details in the MC like birth date, birth place, parents' names? People having the same name is common but those other details separates one from the other. When you request for an MC those other details will be asked.

THUS MY POINT!!!! If they ARE NOT her marriages then they should be removed from her CENOMAR, if they are her marriages she has every right to see the marriage certificates... and at this point NSO is staying the are HER marriages.....:idea:

HI,

I wanted to update. My wife and I did retain an Filipino American immigration lawyer in the USA with offices in the Philippines. They told us that they need to go to the NSO to have these fake marriages removed. They believe they can remove the incorrect marriages without going though the court system. The only issue that may arise is that the Immigration unit at the embassy may issue a firm date to receive the CENOMAR.

The law firm is Madrid Cross Law Group in Chicago, IL

Were you married in the Philippines? If so, then why are you asking for a CENOMAR (literally "CERTIFICATE OF NO MARRIAGE.) You need a CEMAR, Ask the NSO for that.

Even married you request a CENOMAR from NSO, if married they issue the CEMAR

hi there...im reading your post last night i said oh my gosh....ok anyway

i had my anulment in the philippines....ok heres my story....when im filing my anulment..i found out my ex husband luckily married twice and im the second one...soo meaning our marriage were illegal...but nso dont have time to tell you that your guy is already married instead they are busy collecting money for recording any status so if theres a correction thats another income to them....when i saw my ex cenomar because i requested that to nso without his knowledge...i immediately request a copy of his first marriage the certificate... yeah soo happy hes married before we got married coz my case will be easier...

soo in short you need to file annulment or she...but before sending money you need to see her cenomar and also the two marriages... and since she married twice more...she needs to file i think 2 annulment...oh my gosh..the more faster annulment the more expensive...even the attorney will say they can make it fast...dont believe to that..mine took 18months just nullity of marriage...its always depends to the court...

im just curious why ur spouse married twice even you both married in 2005.. thats kinda..i dont know..

goodluck

in nso they always call it cenomar even you need cemar....thats there term soo dont be confuse..

Thanks for your story. From what the lawyer told me, the other 2 marriages were only on paper, no ceremony, no other documentation was provided to NSO to validate the other 2 marriages. I did talk to my wife about this and she didn't know about the other 2 marriages until she got the CENOMAR or CEMAR. She was ashamed to tell me about what the document had on it the day before her interview and was praying they would not request it. The other marriages happened after we moved back to our home countries. My wife and I lived in S. Korea from 2006 - 2011 until I had an injury and inadequate medical care in S. Korea. She came with me to the US and stayed with me for about 3 months while I gone through 3 surgeries and rehab. She did visit me 2 other times and the last time she visited (Jan 2012), we started the immigration process (Mar 2013).

I will talk to the lawyer hopefully today to see what progress they'd made.
