had a medical examination yesterday and they asked me to go back the next day at 8am (which was this morning), they told me that i need to undergo a psychological evaluation (due of my status:ANNULED)on july 7, 2014 and wait for 4-5 business days to complete the result. if there aren't any follow up instructions i will proceed with my immunization. my question is, is someone here undergo such psychological evaluation?what can you advise? thank you very much!

What was the reason for the annulment? Some sort of conduct problem? That would trigger an automatic psych evaluation. Don't worry. Just complete the steps and you will pass it.

If your previous status is annulled or divorced, SLEC will automatically put you in psych evaluation.

I don't know much about the annulled portion being automatically put on psych evaluation but I can say that a divorce does not. My wife is legally divorced and no psych evaluation was ordered for her (maybe age has something to do with it triggering a psych evaluation).

I am with my fiancée in the Philippines now and she read your question. She also had the annulment based on psychological incapacity, and said the session with the doc at St. Luke's was five minutes, asked about the separation from the first husband and what were the problems involved, then about me (fiancé) and how we met, relationship, etc. She says it was easy and non-threatening. She was asked to come back to complete the immunizations after that session, then passed the embassy interview after. Don't worry according to her, she says it was easy.

ok. so i went to psychological evaluation today and the psychologist told me that I CAN'T MARRY MY FIANCE due to the grounds of my annullment which is psychological incapacity. the psychologist didn't give me a chance to talk and defend myself BUT he RUDELY shouted at me and told me about my previous annullment. he gave all the papers back to me and told me to go home instead.

From the sounds of the OP's post she was never asked any questions and the Doctor(?) threw her out of his office without allowing her to elaborate on her case and flatly refused her ability to get a clean CFO.

I'm not an expert in this area but what comes to my mind is that you had a "bad apple" for a Doctor. IMHO if it were me, I would not except his findings but find out from CFO what are your options are. Don't give up!!! Be positive and not emotional when speaking with CFO and see where you go from there. Keep us posted in your progress. We are here to support you.
