What forms do I file for AOS and what is the cost??

Hello all -

I arrived in the US about a month ago and we have just set our wedding date for 8/6 Yay!!! Beautiful Inn in North Carolina, if anyone wants to get married there and is looking for a location, let me know. I LOVE IT

Anyhow, I am just wondering what forms exactly I have to file (what are they called) for AOS, EAD, AP after the marriage? Also is there a time frame when I have to do it? And what exactly is the cost for all of that??

There is no time frame or deadline when you need to do AOS, but best to file for it asap after you received your marriage certificate, so you won't be out of status when your I-94 expires. The only timing you need to watch out for is that you should marry within 90 days from POE.

Total cost is currently $ 1070 <http://www.uscis.gov/i-485>. The fees for EAD and AP are waived when filing with or during AOS.
